We were born from experience and the desire to provide incredibly professional services, delivered with business outcomes in mind. We constantly challenge our skills as the industry changes, developing new services with greater business outcomes.
We work to create an environment for others to be successful by fostering individual passion, determination and pride. It’s important to create a fun and rewarding environment too!
We work in an ecosystem of colleagues, clients, partners and media to deliver essential and successful communications campaigns, using a portfolio of services that directly support business and marketing objectives.
Other associations include being part of the University of Gloucestershire’s mentoring network based at the Growth Hub and MSc level guest lecturing occupational psychology students in the contemporary business environment.
Kestrel’s founder, Sara Lewis is also part of the collective for Big Fishing Training, providing training for communications professionals.
“When your PR agency is as passionate about your business as you are, it builds great confidence. The reciprocal confidence I share with Kestrel means I know they have my best interests at heart . The ability to act strategically, execute accurately and know how to get the job done with great results is second to none.”

“Sara’s practical realism for students taking a master’s in occupational psychology brings strategic commercial insight which is invaluable for everyone on the course. We were recently re-accredited by our professional body, the British Psychological Society who gave us three commendations, one of which is specifically for the module to which Sara contributes.”
“Training communications teams requires energy, enthusiasm, experience and empathy. Sara’s commitment ensures each training session is valuable and returns demonstrable results.”
Emma Ewing, founder, Big Fish Training
“Sara’s expertise as one of our advisers in the run up to our launch has been invaluable. From guidance on messaging, media strategy and help with the launch has helped us enormously. With the Growth Hub’s support, we are incredibly fortunate to have such great resources in the county and I whole-heartily recommend using mentors for anyone considering starting a business.”
